280 x 230 mm, 232 pages

This book is a retrospective of seven exhibitions. Diagrams illustrating visitors’ movement through the exhibition and the subsequent photo section enable the reader to experience the art of Olafur Eliasson in a whole new manner.
An illustrated section designed exclusively for this book documents the entire spectrum of Eliasson’s architectural installations. The illustrations are accompanied by a range of constructional drawings that allow the reader to better understand both the subject matter as well as Eliasson’s use of space.

The book also includes a comprehensive text section consisting of essays and articles by renowned international art theorists. Minding the world was chosen by the Swiss Federal Office of Culture as one of “The Most Beautiful Swiss Books 2004” and was selected as one of “The Most Beautiful Books of the World 2004.”
